The staff was consistently attentive and efficient. i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and the room was very nice. i will definitely return. Every detail was excellent.
My room had street noise because the windows were old, not dense. i also heard doors slamming from the hall. the air conditioning was ineffective. I could not get the room temperature below 25 degrees celsius, even when set to 20 degrees.

The reception staff offered champagne during check-in, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a premier room. My room on the palace side was very spacious and well-decorated. The bed and pillows were soft. I sank into the bed each night. The bathroom included two wash basins and a bathtub.
The gym felt a little small.

Breakfast presented very nice choices with fantastic selections. I found the service really good. I enjoyed coffee and snacks during check-in within the separate Red Level area. The red executive area provided unlimited drinks and tapas.

The location was quite central, with nice restaurants nearby and a close metro station. The hotel's gym provided pretty good facilities. I walked about 20 minutes to the Prado from the hotel. I found the meeting point for my tour was about 200m from the hotel.
I found the strategic location of the hotel to be very convenient. it was just a short walk to the main attractions. the staff greeted me warmly. the room service was prompt when i requested firm pillows. They delivered them quickly.
the gym seemed small. it would benefit from more equipment. this limited my workout options during peak hours.

The staff greeted us warmly, immediately handling our luggage. I liked the quiet interior room. The breakfast buffet at Coroa Royal Gallery & Garden had delicious, made-to-order food. La Mi Venta restaurant is a short walk away and I found it amazing.
The family room shower had a bathtub that took up almost the entire space.
